What is BMI?

BMI is used as a screening tool to indicate whether a person is underweight, overweight, obese or a healthy weight for their height. How does NVN determine the calories needed?

Our meal plans are built with the goal of achieving efficient and sustainable weight loss for our customers, regardless of their body type. By utilizing information such as age, gender, height, weight, activity level and BMI we are able to build custom meal plans or each individual that will consist of specific caloric and macro nutrient ratios. With this information we can create the best plan for your individual body and maximize your results!

Can I change meals in the plan?

Yes! You can change, remove or swap any meal from your meal plan as soon as it is added to your cart. When in the cart, you will be able to view all of the meals included in your specific plan, and can remove any that you may not enjoy. From here, you can return to the full menu and select meal substitutes that you would like to add to your meal plan.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order please email us at info@newvisionbody.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve issues quickly, however, if your order has already been processed we may be unable to accommodate cancellations.
